A $20 cancellation fee is required if you no show, were 15+mins late and had to reschedule, or cancel/reschedule the day of or day before your scheduled appointment. Fee must be paid prior to the discussion of a new appointment. Cancellation fees are non-refundable and do not go towards your service. A cancellation fee is not a deposit.
