Appointment times can be change for a few reasons:

• Appointment was made ahead of time in advance and conflicts with unforeseen future events or a future change in schedule

• There are gaps in the schedule that need to be closed (ex: If I open at 9:00 and the first appointment is booked at 10:00) 

• Your appointment time pushed back 10-15 minutes? I am most likely running a little behind schedule.
